Article in progress - how do you integrate the old with the new?  Is there a transition?  Do you have to junk what you WERE doing?  How do you find the time to rewrite EVERYTHING given the parameters you have (departmental mandates, state standards, etc.?).  This website offers links to TREMENDOUS resources... this one, in particular, is amazing:
